Project Planner

About this role

Based in Warsaw, you will be based with within the Capital Projects Team, supporting delivery of the ‘infrastructure’ scope area.

On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the project team, providing pro-active planning services; from generating detailed Primavera project execution schedules, to verifying progress updates from technical teams.

It will be your job to progress the project execution schedules against baselines.

Aside from this, you will prepare project progress reports plan updates to the project manager as well as the client, as and when required.

It is important that you take a proactive leadership role during project development, leading and facilitating, interactive planning sessions with the delivery teams. Providing the best solutions and determining a logical approach, backed up by engineering judgement.

Most importantly, you will do all of this keeping in mind the established Company policies and procedures.

About you

You’ll need experience planning and working within a multi-discipline project team, preferably on design and technology projects.

You are also highly adept in P6 scheduling and progressing, ideally with a Primavera P6 qualification.

This will be a lot of work, but you have a strong background in managing an integrated, resource loaded delivery schedule.

Aside from this, you have the knowledge and experience of reporting and controls against agreed baselines and you hold a degree in engineering, science or a related qualification.

Most importantly, you are fluent in Polish and English.
