Project Support Administrator

About this role

Based in Warsaw and working for a global oil and gas company, you will support delivery of the ‘Infrastructures’ scope area, within the Capital Projects Team.

This is a big job, but the Project Manager will support you along the way. As well as being a part of a team responsible for delivery of a programme of work, supporting a key client in Poland.

Your support will needed to develop a year-ahead work plan constrained to the internal resources and funding available.

Aside from this, you will be working closely with the Delivery Managers of the project by helping them with a variety of standard business processes and liaising with internal stakeholders.

You will also engage with Technical Leads to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the project milestones and deliverables concerning the implementation of mandatory documentation, across the work streams.

You may also be required to take charge of all project administration, including the generation of a minutes and actions list, when required. As well as, helping with the preparation and presentation of project data.

About you

You’ll need to be fluent in both English and Polish, as well as a strong background in providing high quality, proactive support to others in a business environment.

Not to mention, strong numerical skills and the ability to interrogate, analyse and report data.

You have also worked in a large organisation before, or even an organisation with ‘matrix management’.

We are looking for the kind of person who isn’t afraid to jump in the deep end.

You have the ability to pick up new processes quickly, as well as being able to follow your own initiative and solve complex problems.
