Role Summary:

This Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with our Digital Solutions Product Management and Commercial organizations to lead HR strategy and provide HR site leadership for our Austin, TX facility and a few smaller satellite locations with approximately 350+ global employees.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute HR strategies for the entire organization to align structure, culture & talent with business goals
  • Partner with business leaders and provide coaching, counseling and HR expertise
  • Create and execute complex change management plans and communication strategies
  • Lead large, complex projects across the business

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, including roles with increasing responsibility to include strategic HRBP responsibilities
