The Boeing IT&DA team is recruiting for a Senior IT Business Partner in Huntsville, AL. to support Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Programs

With a focus on innovative technologies in Engineering, Manufacturing and Supplier Management, and Data Analytics, the IT Business Partner will deliver agile, cost-competitive solutions, so customers can reduce costs, drive efficiency and optimize operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of strategic IT&DA project initiatives like Product Life-cycle Management, Enterprise Resource Planning and Manufacturing and Operations Management for IAMD
  • Establish and communicate IT project objectives and goals to prioritize and implement activities leading to new major initiative deployments
  • Ability to lead cross functional IT teams and drive the successful deployment of IT technologies. This includes both Application Development and Infrastructure teams
  • Represent IT in senior level discussion with both internal and external customers
  • Understand IT costs and budgets and be able to manage IT spend for IAMD programs

Qualifications
Typical Education / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree with  7 or more years’ or a PhD degree with  4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.

Required Qualifications:

  • This position requires an active U.S. – Current Secret, U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 10+ years of experience within information technology
  • 5+ years of experience communicating with Senior Leadership
  • 3+ years of experience developing and managing budgets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Government customers
  • Experience understanding Technical Information Technology Tools and Systems
  • Experience and understanding of RMF (Risk Management Framework)
