If you are our Senior Marketing Manager in China, you will have a chance to

  • Lead a group of marketing professionals to grow HP’s Print brand and business in the China market.
  • Develop marketing strategies, campaigns and initiatives to advance HP leadership position across consumer and commercial segments. You will lead both brand level and performance marketing level programs and campaigns.
  • Shape & Develop new experience marketing and digital capabilities to engage customers and maximize demand for HP products and services, leveraging new data and insights driven marketing models.
  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing Greater China region, you will work closely with country, regional and global teams and stakeholders, to develop new strategies, secure investment plans and integrate efforts across the company to grow HP business in the China market.
  • Work closely with external media and partners to maximize HP marketing effectiveness across the China Digital ecosystem. Develop and nurture new partnerships that enhance HP print brand performance in China.
  • Develop, coach and grow a high performing marketing team and emerging talent.

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

  • 10+ years of marketing & communications experiences in IT, Consumer electronics and/or related industries. A combination of Brand/client experience and platform/agency experience highly desired
  • 5+ years of management experience with proven record recruiting, developing and leading high-performance marketing teams
  • A deep understanding and experience in building marketing strategies and initiatives across China Digital/social/Big data ecosystems. Tracked record in setting up and scaling e-commerce marketing operations.
  • Strong experience in establishing marketing strategies and plans that are Insight data driven to solution to brand opportunities & challenges to grow in China market.
  • Able to develop a big-picture plan and strategies and strong executional capabilities to implement high ROI plans in market
  • Creative thinking and exceptional analytical skills coupled with a strong business acumen
  • Ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Experiences in both B2B and B2C industry is a plus
