Boeing Government Operations is seeking a proactive, organized executive office administrator. Government Operations is responsible for all company advocacy and outreach to federal, state, and local U.S. Government and other key stakeholders. This role will support multiple executives at the Vice President and managerial level, and will also join a team of office administrators that support organizations across Government Operations. Responsibilities Tracking, maintaining, and disseminating information relative to group and business operations; communicating a wide variety of information to multiple audiences while reflecting the organization’s needs and the Boeing Company’s policies. Interfacing with high level internal and external contacts, using discretion and initiative. Managing calendars of respective leaders both proficiently and seamlessly. Prioritizing tasks and proactively anticipating customer needs, as well as flow of the office, to ensure a smooth operating rhythm. Monitoring travel logistics and expense reports; reconciling corporate credit card charges for accurate payment. Creating, editing, and maintaining electronic and written communication and correspondence; maintaining an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents. Planning and implementing logistics for internal and external events, as required. Work under minimal supervision, promote teamwork, and proactively recommend process improvement approaches to management and administrative staff. Boeing Government Operations, Commercial Airplanes, is seeking a proactive, organized Senior Office Administrator to join our team in Renton, WA. Government Operations is responsible for all company advocacy and outreach to federal, state, and local U.S. Government and other key stakeholders. This role will support one or more executives at the VP and Managerial levels, and will also join a team of office administrators that support organizations across Government Operations. Required Qualifications: Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status High School Diploma/GED or higher 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 2+ years’ experience coordinating and processing travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges 2+ years’ experience supporting calendars, travel and meetings for higher level management Preferred Qualifications: Experience writing communications for senior executives and other leaders Extensive experience with travel @ Boeing/Concur Experience working with executives and senior leaders Experience working in a cross-function team Experience working in a customer facing role Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 7 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+5 years’ related work, Bachelor+2 years’ related work, etc.).
