Responsibilities:

• This position is primarily responsible for processing of Accounts Payable (AP) invoices, Coordinating with AP Team, Handling Import payment processes, Dealing on SEZ related matters, coordinating with auditors, banks & Outsourced partners and handling of other finance activities assigned from time to time and reports into Senior Manager – Finance.
• Close the books on monthly basis, ensure reconciliations of GL’s/schedules of financial statement on monthly/quarterly/annual basis as per the requirement, appropriately recording any deviations and corrective measures undertaken immediately
• Participation in finalization of financials, IT returns and GST related returns.
• Document and Implement the business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Prepare reports for Management on monthly basis and other adhoc reporting

What we are Looking For:

• Good communication skills, able to understand the business and communicate to Business managers appropriately
• Good working knowledge in ERP environment for Financial Accounting. Exposure to Oracle Financial is preferable.
• Having good accounting knowledge as per Indian GAAP. Knowledge of US GAAP is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Direct and Indirect tax compliance requirements.
• Experience in finalization of accounts.
• Work experience in MNCs is preferable.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good working knowledge in MS Office

Basic Qualifications:

• Chartered / Cost Accountant with 1 to 3 years of working experience in MNC is preferable.
