Analog Devices is currently seeking to hire a Sr Digital CAD Engineer with 6-10 years of experience to work in Engineering Enablement group located at Bangalore. As part of dynamic team focused on Digital Implementation, Power, Rail and Static Timing Analysis of Digital/Mixed Signal SoCs and the supporting CAD/EDA tools/methodologies.

Experience        : 6 to 10 years

Education          : Bachelor/Masters engineering degree in Electrical/Micro-Electronics

Location             : Bangalore, India

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive methodologies that enable Implementation, power, rail and static timing analysis of digital/mixed-signal SoCs
  • Work with global methodology development team to integrate the above flows into the RTL-GDS flow
  • Evaluate and deploy the fusions between the implementation and signoff tools

 

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in Power, Rail and Static Timing Analysis of SoCs is mandatory
  • Experience in package-aware rail analysis or IR-aware timing analysis or similar flows is desirable
  • Experience in constraints development and validation is desirable
  • Experience in Lint or Clock Domain Crossing methodologies is a plus
  • Having worked on preparing the design for Mixed-Signal STA or IR analysis is a big advantage
  • Having worked on multiple geometries especially 28nm or lower nodes and associated processes is a big plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate and influence design development groups across the globe

 

Additional Skills:

  • Interest in automation of methodologies/solution using Python and PERL/Tk
  • Atlassian Stack Experience: confluence, Jira, Hipchat, Bitbucket….
