We need an exceptionally talented Staffing Professional to help us support, assess risk and propose consultative solutions to external vendors as it relates to staffing for Amazon.

Amazon’s North American Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a Talent Supply Chain Market Leader who wants to take a lead in helping to grow Earth’s most customer centric company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for recruiting, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to tackle ambiguity.

The Talent Supply Chain Market Leader plans, directs and leads all phases of vendor relationship/partnership; providing consultative approach to sourcing; ensuring strategies are executed; and deploy and manage the Quality Assurance process for both the external vendor and the internal Workforce Staffing processes.

Roles/Responsibilities:
· Conduct performance evaluations and prepare developmental plans for external vendor in a timely manner
· Monitor site labor plan and forecasts and ensure external vendor’s sourcing plans align
· Monitor site health daily and escalate to vendor/site leadership as needed and help design and deploy remediation plan
· Operate as the “voice of the vendor” onsite and help drive operational excellence
· Develop and maintain knowledge of economic trends and changes affecting local businesses
· Review applicant funnel daily to fill hiring events and new hire orientations
· Monitor funnel and calendars to make staffing recommendations
· Monitor and troubleshoot contingencies (partner with compliance)
· Monitor Amazon Customer Connections Systems (ACCS) & Centers of Excellence (COE) Trouble Tickets (TT’s) to ensure standard work for external vendor
· Monitor and deploy WFS Recruiting/Gemba process for external vendor
· Facilitate quality assurance process for WFS to ensure adherence to standard work

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field
· 3+ years’ experience in business analytics and reporting or demand forecasting
· 5+ years’ previous Human Resources, Recruiting experience
· Previous experience utilizing recruiting resources such as job postings, job site aggregators, ATS and job distribution tools
· Exceptionally strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer service required
· Candidate must have the ability to work with very diverse groups of people at all levels of authority
· This position also requires a strong professional commitment to the successful development and maintenance of a highly complex Human Resources team
· Strong organizational and prioritization skills as well as the ability to balance several priorities from multiple sources required; flexibility and adaptability in dealing with rapidly changing priorities and demands necessary
· Ability to work in a complex organization that is fast-paced and constantly changing to meet current challenges. This position must function in this environment on a daily basis and react quickly to meet pressing needs
· Must have strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail
· Excellent follow through on commitments, using sound judgment with the ability to recognize and handle sensitive/confidential information
· Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required
