At my core I'm a data person. I believe the future success of any business will be heavily dependent on how they utilize their data. I have over 20 years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis and Data Analytics with the last 8 in senior leadership roles. In may of 2018 my department was restructured and I elected to look for a new opportunity instead of moving to Jersey City. I believe in transparency, visibility and direct and honest communication as the way to drive common goals and values across an organization. This approach fosters innovation and creativity in problem resolution and builds a dynamic and motivated work force. Beyond that, as a leader it is my responsibility to eliminate roadblocks, encourage risk-taking and provide the tools to be successful
