As a passionate culinary professional, I share my sincere motivation to continue working as a Chef at any reputed hospitality organization in Australia or Canada, countries of my dream. My culinary skills and managerial capabilities coupled with my enthusiasm to assist others and to learn from experiences, make me an exceptional candidate. I feel i have gained enough in my current managerial job and now I am eager and excited to pursue my passion for cooking commercially.
Currently, I am enhancing my skills by acting as a trainee in Hotel Intercontinental Dhaka. As an Assistant Chef, I had been working in one of the best restaurants in Dhaka and have also completed my culinary course of "Food & Beverage Production", where I have learned about various cooking skills through intensive hands-on training. Along with accomplishing the ISO/FSSC 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Systems & Internal Auditor Course successfully, to gain a competitive edge, I am also looking forward to earning a food handler's certificate as well.
All these learning, skills, experience and certificates bestow me with the ability to listen, understand and execute directions quickly and proficiently. Not only I can efficiently complete any order given to me exactly as directed but also function well in fast-paced situations. I am confident that I can make an immediate impact on your company by adding value to it through my consistent hard work, dedication and genuine passion for this industry. I have experience with Indian, Italian, Thai and Mexican cuisine, I welcome the opportunity to learn a variety of other dishes.
