o Implemented LEAN process in AEP in 2014 & Practicing LEAN Process and connecting with Client Managers using VVM Boards on DSTUM, WOM, MIM and Metrics.
o Preparing and Participating Monthly Meeting Decks for Client Stakeholders meeting on offshore deliverables and presenting to clients once in a month on the project status.
