I believe that how businesses respect and react to their customers, is the key to their success. Emphasizing success through these micro situations is essential to growth and profit.

As an E-Commerce Manager, my mission is to move the most product at the best profit margin, through SEO and keyword analysis, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

I learned the ropes through various roles in the music retail environment. Product selection, pricing, merchandising, and customer service are the pillars of a great retail venture. Marketing, social media, and e-commerce turn great into excellence.

Some may see things like eBay, Amazon, and Reverb as some sort of game that is tricky to figure out, but in actuality it’s an extension of your retail experience. If you want to meet your customers and make a sale, you need to go where they are shopping.

What started as a thing of interest, turned into a thing of expertise, most recently starting and leading an efficient ECOM team. By the end of our second year of sales, we had increased our yearly total by $2.7 million over our first year.

Rainy days are just as inspiring as the sunny ones. It’s all about perspective and what you can teach or learn through the process. Cut through the noise and know what you need to get it done.

I’m not all sales and spreadsheets. I love playing guitar and saxophone. I write music and frequently attend concerts of various genres. I love to travel, and eat and drink the local offers.

I love to repair guitars, banjos, and other various stringed instruments. As routine and familiar as the repairs may be, it’s always a learning process. And that is a process that I enjoy.
