CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Assurance:
•To ensure effective and efficient execution of the Quality Program by leading and managing QA/QC team and working with personnel at all levels
•To establish and implement Quality Assurance program to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of QMS and to achieve organizational strategic goals
•Raising NCR with corrective actions for any deviation to the standard procedure and to obtain the technical resolution to establish the remedial proposal
•To organize and perform Internal/External Audits and Management Review Meeting. To perform root cause analysis and take corrective actions for closure of audit findings
•To enhance customer satisfaction by review and analysis data from customer feedback form, voice of customer and customer Corrective Action Response
Quality Control:
•To oversee and ensure all processes and deliverables are fit for purpose and comply with the Technical specification, QAP, Quality procedures, National/International standards
•To establish and implement Quality Manual, QAP/ITP, Quality procedures, Work Instructions, NDT Plan, Welding procedures etc.
•To review customer specification/basic drawings and define quality requirements for project execution and assures alignment of quality activities to the project’s objectives
