In my role as Regional Operations manager, I managed all manufacturing, construction, and execution of all operations field installations over a 12-State region, ensuring all production work was completed in a profitable manner. Full P&L responsibility, annual budgeting and CAPEX were in my purview, as well as managing vendor agreements and subcontractor negotiations.
Developed operations SOP and best practices through continuous improvement initiatives. Tasked with all Safety/EHS duties, I oversaw all initiatives to ensure compliance with all DOT 49CFR and OSHA 29CFR regulations. This involved developing a safety culture and implementing monthly safety training program.
Implemented 5S system, redesigning warehouse layout and added vertical storage for new PFEP and Kanban system.
